Eliza specialises in all areas of intellectual property law and holds the dual qualification of barrister and registered patent and trade mark attorney.  Eliza also has a broad practice in commercial law. 

Before being called to the Bar, Eliza was Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property team at DLA Piper Australia.  Just prior to coming to the Bar, Eliza was Associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Hetyey of the Supreme Court of Victoria and was Senior Legal Counsel at The Macfarlane Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health Ltd.
