Between 2004 and 2006, I led a Law Council team in the preparation of a report to the Federal Court on case management techniques which the Court might consider and then took an active role in the organisation and conduct of a Workshop in March 2008 conducted jointly by the Law Council and over 30 judges of the Federal Court to explore some of the recommendations in that Report.
Foundation member of the Federal Magistrates Court/Law Council Practice and Procedure Liaison Committee.
Lecturer with Professor Maureen Brunt and others in post graduate, multi-disciplinary courses in Advanced Trade Practices for LLM, M.Ec and MBA programs conducted successively at Monash University, Melbourne University and the Melbourne Business School from 1983 to 1992 and in 1995.
